I was having a meeting with one of my mentors a few months ago about some of my challenges and while we were outlining steps to take on solving some of those issues, he paused and asked if I had an idea why people don’t like to share their problems. He explained further saying, a lot of people are going through so much, some don’t even know where their next meal is coming from but they’d rather starve than share or ask for help.
