Well the first guy should be held responsible for the situation. If people learn to do the right thing always, our world would certainly be better. Even here on Nairaland, a lot of genuine cases have been turned following the activities of scammers. You will never understand that guy's situation until you lose everything you've gathered for 10 years in the hands of a small yahoo boy.

Innocent people will always suffer the consequences of the evils perpetrated by criminals. It is an ordained principle.
