Hi , friend , today we would be talking about jogging and its health benefit , do well to improve your health. Catch ya at the bottom!
WHAT IS JOGGING? Jogging is not really racing because racing is a competition done to see who the fastest is. So with jogging , we are not competing with any one , We are not trying to get a medal neither are we trying to get the crowd cheering at us. Some times , while jogging , Seeing people run past me , I get tempted to meet up with them and rush past them . At such time , if i yield to my temptation and shoot my racing pistol , running headlong with the aim of running past this person ,competition becomes the soul of the my exercise. Jogging is



THE ACTIVITY OF RUNNING AT A STEADY, GENTLE PACE AS A FORM OF PHYSICAL EXERCISE ( FITNESS) . This short definition tells us so many things here . One is that , it involves running in a steady pace , Two is , it is done gently and not the normal competitive mood we sometimes get tempted to RACE. Do not forget that every one has different strength along with their leg`s cover -able distance so , distances covered with jogging varies from person to person. The beauty of this exercise is that , you don`t have to be talked down by friends if you don`t cover really long distance , you are not trying to prove any thing to your friends. WHY SHOULD I JOG , WHAT ARE THE HEALTH BENEFITS ? IT BOOSTS YOUR MENTAL ALERTNESS AND FITNESS : Have you ever tried jogging in the morning or evening and at the end of it , you decided to walk home , feeling the cool breeze melt soothingly on your wet skin ? During that period , your mind feels boosted ,even at work. You would seem active and ready for the day`s job even as friends and colleagues lazy themselves feeling tired and slothful about work. Jogging boosts your mind and helps you to be alert and also ready for any job for the day, giving you the right attitude to work. I have personally learnt to start my day with exercises to help me get readily available for whatever duty life brings to me and think creatively while carrying out my duty too.



CARDIOVASCULAR IMPROVEMENT AND DISEASE PREVENTION :The cardiovascular system consists of the heart, which is a pump like anatomy, CONSISTING OF channels which are arteries, veins, and capillaries that extends across the entire human body carrying blood. The blood contains oxygen, nutrients gotten from foods, wastes, immune and cells that help provide for the internal environment which maintains the internal body system from getting affected with diseases. The parts of the cardiovascular system include the heart, which is the organ that pumps the blood, and a network of blood vessels: WORK OF THE ARTERIES: This is the blood vessels that carries blood away from the heart THE WORK OF THE VEINS:This is the blood vessels that takes blood to the heart THE CAPILLARIES: It is a very small vessels that lie between the arteries and veins
