A client of ours, in the events management industry, is looking to hire a CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT.

Responsibilities::::
/// Resume at the store by 10am prompt and ensure the store premises is clean and tidy before customers arrive.
/// Attend to existing and potential customers in a professional and courteous manner
/// Primarily respond to customer inquiries via telephone, text, or WhatsApp; in a timely and professional manner
/// Correctly record customer orders based on the company's procedures and ensure bookings do not clash
/// Prepare orders for pick up or delivery well ahead of time with the supervision of the Client Service Manager
/// Prepare and issue invoices/ receipts for clients for ALL orders and ensure orders are not erroneous
/// Follow up with customers after events to ensure items are returned at most 2-3 days after use; ensure returned items are not damaged in customer's presence
/// Research content for monthly newsletters and engage in marketing activities for the company
/// Ensure all items are thoroughly checked for damages and counted upon return to ensure our inventory is diligently maintained
/// Perform other duties as may arise from time to time, and as may be assigned to the employee



Qualifications::::
/// At least beginner level skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
/// Good communication skills (verbal and non-verbal)
/// Good organizational skills and effective time management skills
/// A degree holder will be most suitable, however we may consider otherwise for exceptional individuals


Additional Info:

[Salary: N30,000/ negotiable] This is somewhat of an entry level position, however if candidate can justify why they should receive higher, that will certainly be considered.
