A ghastly motor accident which occurred earlier today left some passengers with injuries in Charanchi Local Government Area of ​​Katsina. It was gathered that the vehicle which was apparently speeding - veered off the highway and fell into the river.

The number of casualties involved in the accident are yet to be ascertained as at the time of filing this report.

The injured victims were rushed to the hospital after being rescued by other road users.
