NYSC allowance 48k while minimum wage is 18k..... Why not increase minimum wage as welll. election is near and they are beginning to deceive gullible Nigerians again. Once they win election, they'll claim they can no longer afford to pay the 48k and reduce it.

The govt. Should also prepare to increase the minimum wage.

PCMs and Serving Corp members, even if its 50k allowance,.vote out this bad government. Its Nigeria's right to get paid with such minimum wages. This shouldn't blindfold you all.

If you ask me I'll say it doesn't make sense. How can they earn more than Npowerng volunteers that has gone past the four walls of the University, and also gone through the NYSC. And you are paying them just 30k. Except it's in their plan to increase that of Npower sooner than we can imagine.

The salary of grade level 8 officer in Ebonyi State civil service is N28,000. It is better then to go back to National Service as a corper. I advise those already serving to continue repeating their service.

You're naive.

The allawee is a mirror of the government wage. That means civil servants salaries has been increased. Minimum wage now should be around 45,000.

This is unaffordable and the naira will sink in value.

It was such a senseless wage increase in 2011 from 5,500 to 18,000 that set the stage for many of today's fiscal woes.

When states are owing salaries and the 2018 budget is based on foreign loan borrowings and selling bonds like no tomorrow, debt is at N25tr..

Nigeria my country.... even the best economies on the world know what propaganda sounds like.
