We are recruiting for the role of IT Service Desk Officer for one of our clients in the Banking Sector.

*Responsibilities
Service Monitoring officer will ensure and be responsible for first level support and the monitoring of IT services (Application, Channels, and Middleware and Infrastructure services) in order to deliver and maintain the system management event and monitoring capabilities with a focus on providing service reliability, proactive and immediate incident resolution.

Service Monitoring Officer will also ensure that the monitoring of infrastructure and functions; Will integrate the necessary functionalities to monitor and ensure that the quality of the services offered by the bank is compliant with service specifications

*Required Qualification*
B.Sc First Class, 2:1, 2:2 in Computer Science, Information Technology and any related field with at least 2 years experience in IT

Pay Benefits
Salary Range: N70k.
