The Imo state governor, Rochas Okorocha, Thursday advised that Presidential aspirants should not rely on the Igbo to become President of Nigeria.

Okorocha who spoke in Owerri, claimed that “there is pull him down syndrome in Igboland.”
This is as the governor declared Wednesday and Thursday as a public holiday for workers to go and register and collect their Permanent Voters Card, PVC. He went further to say that, markets would be closed.

In his thinking, “No Igbo man should rely on the fellow Igbo man to be president. I will like to tell you that, I stand a better chance to be president but do you know what, there is a lot of pull him down syndrome in Igboland.
“It is in their character. But what we are doing right now, is to make sure that the Igbo people do not play same bad politics they played in 2015. In that 2015 election, the Igbo played a bad politics.

“This time around, we want to change the narrative and as part of the process two governors will join APC.”
On the issue of workers salaries, Okorocha said: “July salary will be delayed. Let me tell you that the July and August salaries will be paid at the same time.

“It is good that you know the 70/30 percent formula of payment to Imo workers is gone. We now pay full salary. Again, workers in Imo state are promoted but the promotion do not include parastatals. The reason is that they are independent of the government institution.”

Not just in Igboland oga. PHD is common amongst politicians especially those from the south.

However, you can't blame politicians doing it because their brothers in power usually use their office to intimidate them unlike the northern counterparts

Rochas is never afraid of saying it as it is even though majority from the east do not like him because of his love for Buhari and the APC.

May God guide our misguided brothers aright.

They are the most confused set of God's creation in this planet and i doubt if they have a rival in other planets.

1. An average Igbo man does not want an Igbo man to become president (This is why Igbo for president in the year 2023 does not and will never sound attractive to them)

2. An average Igbo man does not want an Hausa man to become president because of their "born to rule" mentality

3. An average Igbo man does not want a Yoruba man to become president because it is an abomination for Yorubas to rule over them

4. If an average Igbo man successfully removes all of the above and installs their choice, they ll in no time begin to feel cheated by the way the installed rules and then try to bring him down..

In short, I believe an average Igbo man has a problem with God being God.

...The problem with an average Igbo man is that he feels everyone wants to cheat him.

Okoroawusa still doesn't understand that the Presidency of Nigeria is not the pressing need of Igbos.

There are other things that are more important than that

As it turns out, Igbos played good politics by not voting this disasterous APC government in 2015

Point of correction

Always try not to muddle the two together

Igbos are different from Igbos

Igbos are part and parcel of Nigeria

Igbos are terrorist
