Let them get a good lawyer and file a case against the bank. This will surely be a very good case for the guys. The bank manager should be removed from the bank because he has exhibited bad leadership control at the point he ordered, if true, the beating of their customer based that they insulted him. He should as a manager be able to deal with his subordinates, or his customers who are under his control. Without the depositors money, he would have been working at a bank.

A manager should know when to display his quality leadership position to show his ability to manage situations like that.

That manager will certainly be showed the way out of the bank cos customers are the true boss of any business and the reason she comes to work and also gets paid.

I won't even wait to b assaulted like this. Am closing my Fidelity bank account first thing Monday morning. Me wey I no even like wahala at all.

As you can see, its the uniformed men (not the security like Halogen etc that are paid to watch over the bank) that most likely follow the CIT bullion vans etc that are the ones meting out the punishment from the pics. The lady (i am assuming is a senior staff) may likely be trying to pacify him from punishing them further.
I am very doubtful about the whole story.

I personally know of someone who got 3 million naira as compensation from Zenith bank simply because he was prevented from leaving the premises of a bank by policemen attached to the bank.

Not beaten or tortured o, just prevented from leaving Zenith Bank.

This is not the first time the bank manager is doing this. The manager happens to be one of my relatives. His wife can attest to how he batters her at home.

Can anything good comes out of Fidelity Bank? A bank with no single customer relationship. The branch here in Abuja is full of incompetent fellow.

I will rather bank with the most useless bank than banking with Fidelity Bank .

If an ATM debits you, there is a process and timeline to get your money. Factors like if you use your card in another bank's ATM etc Customers are just impatient and insolent. Go and shout at the ATM that didn't dispense cash not the poor banker who is trying her best to help!

I'll stop doing business with fidelity Bank, my wife will seize using this bank as her salary account.. effect From money... Crazy people..

The thing is that, when Nigerians are lucky to have a job, they become god and talks to people with the authority they dont command. These day banks does not want people to expose their ills, but unfortunately they cannot escape it. The beaten should take their pound of flesh in any form.

Debited about four persons including me d day I used d ATM, it took Gtb about 8 working days to retrieve my money back.. Since then, I swear not to use it again..
