Enugu shu be in that list, na Enugu u will c free lap show and since most of the ladies are fair in complexion, if u are not strong or use to it u can peel in ur trouser.

Op i have travelled to 4 of the cities mentioned above, you might be correct but Abuja ladies dresses decently. I don't know what you understand by indecent dressing. Abuja is somehow a muslim community or state, Islamic culture still influences dressing in women.

I opened this tread to confirm my curiosity of owerri being no 1. I was down what surprised it wasn't. But after going through the comments, I reconfirm my opinions. I have lived their more 15 years.
