Your post is very useful. I haven't smoking for 8 months and also tried to smoke cigarettes with 5 mg of nicotine, I thought that will die exactly there. That's why I decided to give up smoking. My close friend recommended me to take detox pills. He promised that they will help me not to feel need for nicotine. I were shocked, but it really works. I finished the course of pills last week and can say that I already forgot how to smoke something. I have found all the info about pills on righttoheal.org . My advice is to research it too)
