So the federal government says it is giving N10000 loan to 2 million Nigerians. Very laudable initiative but what has PVC number got to do with a loan from federal government? Why PVC? Why not any means of identification? This seems like vote buying directly from the federal government

Because they intend to use electronic voting just as they did in Kaduna LG elections which was just a test run for the massive rigging they intend to carry out. The PVC number is there for a reason. 1 Like |

Angrymode:its a means to ensure every applicant have PVC more so they are not expected to submit it like that of Fayose in Ekiti |

Angrymode: Exactly why not national identity card, what has voters card got to do with a loan? When you collect the money are you now allowed to vote another Party? Is this not a way to trace people and their votes? This is worse than Dasuki |
