They say it is good to consume alcohol when in a club or on a date. I got this information that says a bottle of an alcohol drink in a day is dangerous. The theory here is that only 2 units of alcohol composition is okay for a day. A bottle of alcohol drinks(like 5.2%alcohol and 60cl) contains about 3 units of alcohol composition which exceeds 2 units. I need more explanation on this. |

patosky3310: anyone who drinks a bottle a day of strong spirit (whiskey/vodka/gin etc) is officially an ALCOHOLIC and needs serious help. but a bottle of wine a day isnt that extravagant at all (same with beer) and a man could still function. 1 Like |

MrBrownJay1: I used to before when i was working but lied to myself i wasnt , till i went to office early in the morning and started vomitting from hangover from last night. Its a slippery slope even as i am now, i always feel the urge to drink. |
