Some people will come here and blame Trump especially APC supporters and they won't blame Buhari that has messed up this economy. An average Nigerian wants to run out of this country and this was not the case before now. I am rally yet to see the sucesss of this administration in the last 3 year.

True...I confirm this to be true.
phemsie:
But why?

When I was just thinking of sending in my visa application. I heard there's 70% chance of getting visa in Abuja, compared to 10% chance in Lagos.

This is bad news

Pls close Lagos own too... We die here
Not POSSIBLE because we have AMERICAN citizens who are Nigerians resident in Nigeria.
We also have people, who are being prepared to join to their spouses over there.
Such people can’t be denied.

Only visiting Visas can face such

His data base is already in their system. How could he apply 13 times in 2 years? He has done more harms to himself than good. It will take the special grace of God if he will ever get the Visa again. VOs are more of psychologists, they read you when interviewing you, to know if definitely you will ever return if you are giving visa (2) Within the 5/ 10 minutes of the interview, they study you if you are desperate to visit US. Applying 13times in 2 yrs have just confirmed your brother intention. Tell him not to apply in the 2yrs, perhaps he might apply to other countries.
dey ask him y he kip applying
He tell dem DAT he is desperate to at least touch his leg in US before he die.
That is a life long dream.
D visa officer tell him goodluck.just try again

Perhaps you know next to nothing about the current US visa issuance. It not about bad or good leader. It's about the policy of Trump. If you have gotten yourself informed about the happenings around the world recently, you will know people from China, Spain were recently denied US visa. Will you say , they don't elect good leaders in their countries? Next time get informed before politicizing every situation in Nigeria. It's not about good/ bad leaders, it's about America/ Trump policy.

Are you indirectly comparing Nigerian citizens to Chinese or Spanish citizens?

This is a joke right ? Or maybe you made an honest mustake either way don't do that.

China and Spain can be denied visas for simple immigration reasons but Nigeria has a myrad or resonsss that justify sanction and visa denial from corrupt government to human rights abuses and no government will to stop genocide, the list could go on and on .

You need to update yourself of what s called international policies on abusive governments, a UN backed policy

And mind you the USA foreign office released statements to say visa would be restricted in certain counties to emergency of critical.needs but Nigeria wasn't on that list meaning closing this office in Nigeria is for an entirely yet to be announced reason . Is it a coincidence that there was a leak recently on foreign governments telling buhati not to run again?

Who knows

Who knows

Abeg do not argue American matter with Afam o. Afam is an "American" that just happens to have found himself in 9ja by accident of birth. cheesy grin
Afam feels very emotional hearing American national anthem, he said this last line about 5 years ago himself.

He probably follows every new development in American politics. grin

On the other hand the way America perceives a country's leadership clearly plays a big role in how they relate with that country. For example if Iran was to get a non-religious democratic leadership, Al-Bashir leaves and a new American trained dude takes over and such, America will certainly change their relationship with those countries including travel restriction for citizens of Iran & Syria.

All you have written is but pure lies. If are familiar with current US visa policy, you will not in your 1bedroom apartment writing this scrap. Trump does not want new Immigrants in US hence his reasons to tighten the Visa policy. China and Spain were denied visa on many occasions. Even those citizenship are being denied green card.
