The problem with you is that you hardly show empathy. Moreso, I believe you are more of an internet farmer who is just using peoples hard earned money to do experiments on what you don't really know about.
To all those out there, there is nothing like an absentee farmer; farming is profitable no doubt, but I believe you just have to be there to monitor ur investments or you'll be reaped off. Moreover, it makes more sense to acquire ur land cos that what you fall back on in case things go wrong.

How much is a tone of cassava if harvested by the farmer and vice versa
