Kasookoo Communication Limited - Our client, a leading IT company providing cloud-based IVR software, is looking for male and female candidates with strong proficiency in selling and closing deals to fill the vacant position above.

Key Responsibilities
o Identify sales prospects
o Prospects aggressively and develops new customers through networking, referrals, company lead generation and cold calling and follows up appropriately to obtain appointments.
o Identify new business and ways to increase revenue share of within existing accounts.
o Monitor account performance and ensure that the set targets are met.
o Maximize customer satisfaction by developing and maintaining excellent relationships and effective communication channels.
o Manage the customer relationship for assigned accounts and develop revenue stream
o Be both proactive and reactive to the customer’s needs and actively manage/monitor their
o Maintain complete customer files and maintain appropriate customer and prospect information into the company contact management database.
Communication and Work Relationship:
o Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
o Build trust, value others, communicate effectively and politely with mutual respect
o Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company’s core values.
o Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all other departments.
o Have a good understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
Skills:
• Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment and industry
• Ability to confidently manage a high performing team is essential
• Ability to communicate and manage relationships at all levels
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms is essential
• Organizing, prioritizing and multi-tasking are essential
• Presentation and negotiation skills are essential.
• Attitude: Get Up and Go
• Flair For Internet Related Things
• Knows how to use Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Customer Face Type of Approach used to complaints
• Bold and Confident
Knowledge & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in any Related Field .
• Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience in a similar role in the industry
• Knowledge and working experience with Client Relationship.
