Oloye, Otunba Femo, that scary diet works wonder with your anus after a bout of diarrhoea, total blockage ni, in combination with those other ones mentioned in my previous post. Na di bobo ask question about drinking too much garri na im I kuku give am some more advise from my boarding house experience.

garri is high in fiber so it can cause constipation lol, but im sure most ppl eat other things besides garri and drink some kind of liquid, so yall should be fine, lol.
