Can’t u see there is an obvious difference in governance when Buhari is away and when he’s arrnd. U may say Osinbajo consults Buhari bt it’s also obvious Buhari can’t take certain necessary decisions on his own when arrnd probably due to a cabal or smtnelse or he’s just doesn’t care. It’s really an issue for him.

I’m starting to believe Tambuwal was right Buhari is too old and a cabal is running his govt. The cabal tried to control Osinbajo bt they cudnt and I think Buhari likes dis if not he wudnt give Osinbajo the free hand.
