THIS SEEMS TO BE YOUR NEW LANGUAGE. ALL THEY NOW SHOUT LIES, LIES. what is a lie that a supplementary budget cannot be presented until the main budget is passed. By their fruits we shall know them. its a pity you are still using your loosing strategy of 2015.

And the delay in passage of the budget was caused by who?

The passage of the annual budget was delayed because the ministers and accounting officers of ministries, departments and agencies refused to go to the various committees of the national assembly to defend their budgets in accordance with section 59 (2) of the 1999 constitution (as amended).

It should be noted that it was the president of the nation that issued a statement that all MDAs should go and defend their budgets before action was taken by the national assembly.

People see what they want to see.
What is wrong in the presidency 's defence.....
Until Buhari leaves office, we will hardly see the efforts he has made on governance including transparency, corruption fight, economy and development.
Read Garbage Shehu post again and you will agree.
Some people hate to see and hear of Buhari name mentioned....
It was really never easy even for leaders of our formost religions - Christianity and Islam, championed by Jesus and Muhammad respectively.
God bless this country, Nigeria...

So Saraki being the senate president na him dey prepare bills?
For the Zombies...
Na INEC go prepare the needed bills ,send a copy to the Executive (Buhari and fellow fools) after the Executives don sign am,dem go forward it to the house (Saraki and Dogara people dem).
How Saraki take be the one to decide when the bill should be send from the executive?...
They want a rush hour in the issue so there won't be enough time to check the excess of the bill.
This already give us a clue that this money for election na for presidency to buy votes.
That being said....
Se the position of the Vice President in this picture.

All these big politicians have small parties they set up as backup if they don't get tickets in Pdp or Apc.
Atiku too has a small party prepared for him. Just watch

The monster is back again, dark clouds have once again covered the nation. He seems to take bad luck everywhere he goes. The last 10 days has been quite eventful at least we felt we had a government. Once again the blame game continues.

Correct

It should also be noted that the presidency came into the picture after so many months of negligence by these so called ministers to come forth to defend their own budget.

Now tell me where those impetus are coming from if not the same presidency that sit quietly and watch appointees of the president to continually disrespect the NASS just because saraki smuggled himself into SP. just look at what happened in the case of the custom boss, IGp, EFCC boss etc.

miscalculation everytime , wrong priority everytime , blame game everytime , ego play every time, at the expense of the masses. if this govt continue like this I am afraid they cannot do anything tangible even if given 16yrs to pilot the affairs of the country.

IMO: I like what the NASS is doing, let it serve as warning to those who might delay to come forth to defend the budget on time in the nearest future.

My take after reading comments:

1. Alot of us didn't read the post before commenting

2. Most are attack dogs. No reasoning at all

3. They leave the message and attack the messager

4. Many of them are kids and filled with hate already

5. Majority are educated but are still illiterate

6. Nigeria has a long way to go with such demented youths.

7. Saraki or buhari isn't feeding you, so why should you be insulting one another over their issues.

8. Most of them are frustrated. They are even unemployable.

9. Most dont have voters cards.

10. Some dont know how to read or hate reading anything and are lazy.
