Who Do You Think Is Mourinho's Best Replacement Among The 5listed by bdnsports(m): 10:24pm On Aug 23, 2018
As hostilities in the Premier League enter Week 3 this coming weekend some of Manchester United supporters are still keeping the faith with Portuguese boss Jose Mourinho.
Most fans are not ready to sanction continuity for ex-Chelsea boss as they disagree to agree that he is the immediate solution to the club’s poor run so far.
Already, reports are spilling out daily over acts of discontent among squad members, agents publicly attacking club icons, the club boss at loggerheads with eggheads over transfers, and most importantly, poor performances on the field of play.
Positively or negatively, most of the issues raised above have been linked to Mourinho, who stay at Old Trafford appears to be coming to an end despite the euphoria that spearheaded his arrival.
While the ex-Los Blancos tactician might still reverse the present state of the result at United with unthinkable Premier League silverware, the state of affairs at the English Premier League giants appears to signal the end of Mourinho, barely into his third campaign at Old Trafford.
However, the big puzzle remains who would the Red Devils consider as the savior if Mourinho fails to deliver the goods going forward?
This report thus looks at the 5 most possible managers will the deserved credentials to turn Manchester United around after Mourinho’s exit.

1. Mauricio Pochettino
The Spurs manager has become a broken new ground in the English Premier League after breaking into the top four on a limited budget.
The Argentine’s attacking philosophy clearly meets Manchester United attitudes and aspirations and has shown his ability towards developing and improving young talent, which Old Trafford supporters will gladly welcome.
But the tactics that would be employed by United’s chieftains to prise Pochettino from North London to Manchester remains to be seen.

2. Zinedine Zidane
The Los Blancos legend and ex-boss who also doubles as bookies top choice to take over the managerial role from Mourinho is Zinedine Zidane.
The Frenchman claimed three consecutive Champions League trophies with Real Madrid as at the Santiago Bernabéu, and is a name that the club’s eggheads as well as supporters would fancy to be the club’s boss.
The legend is well respected and appreciated for his man-management expertise and has been termed the ‘ideal candidate’ to succeed Mourinho by club icon Lee Sharpe.

3. Ryan Giggs
Former club ace Ryan Giggs could take up the mantle at Old Trafford if Jose Mourinho’s quits.
The current Wales manager worked as a player-coach under David Moyes and took charge after his exit during the final four games of the 2013/14 campaign.
In addition Giggs worked as number two to Louis Van Gaal during his unsuccessful stint at the club.
Naming Giggs at this point as club boss would be a big risk due to managerial inexperience at the top and might damage his existing relationship United supporters.

4. Laurent Blanc
The Frenchman was a member of the France squad that claimed the 1998 World Cup but is not a popular face with the United fans.
Blanc may not be successful in the Champions League with PSG, but he still won three French Ligue 1 trophies during his 36 months stay in the French capital.
Already, the 52-year-old is familiar with the likes of Paul Pogba, Anthony Martial and other squad members after a playing and coaching career at the top level.

5. Antonio Conte
Ex-Chelsea Italian manager Antonio Conte presently ranks as the most unpopular candidate to land Mourinho’s job but the former Juve boss is the immediately available choice to have won the Premier League.
The Italian at the last count has three Serie A titles on his CV and was able to impact positively at Chelsea was a three backline that saw him claim the Premier League title in his first season.
However, the manner he left Chelsea, criticising the club’s transfer policy, will no doubt pose a concern to Old Trafford chiefs because that is exactly what’s that are currently fighting, with Mourinho at Old Trafford.
Meanwhile, we previously had reported that Manchester United have received a huge boost after the pair of Nemanja Matic and Antonio Valencia returned to full training.
According to a UK Mirror report, both Matic and Valencia are likely to face Tottenham in the Premier League on Monday at Old Trafford after the pair left the club’s US tour early last month with various injury problems.

Champions Bayern Munich kicks off the new Bundesliga season and begin their title defence against Hoffenheim.
It’s difficulty to see beyond a victory for the champions here.

None.

If Mourinho hasn't quit by now, it's because he feels he can turn things around.

The team lacks quality at the moment.

Look at the city team and tell me how much each position is worth.

The same cannot be said of United.

I believe Zinedine Zidane will be the best option. The other managers are also great but Zinedine Zidane won three consecutive Champions League. He must have done something right. I would love to see Zizou in the premier league. But Manchester United shoud wait till the summer.
