That's a major structural defect that could result to failure under load within it's serviceable lifespan...i could remember Fashola blaming Jonathan for every accident in Lagos,...he's promising to fix it in due course, a hypocrite?

There had better be no cause for alarm.

Try to fix it as soon as possible. A bridge collapsed recently in Genoa, Italy.

That might not be a major structural defect if the SIT carried out on the bridge is valid.
Since the rebars are still intact and no deflections visible on the bridge, the exposed area in the picture is the cover to the reinforcement and might be due to certain factor (which might include brushing from high trucks or trailers).

The concrete cover should be replaced in due time and let the bridge looks presentable again

Because this government responds to issues of this nature without delay. no bogus budget for minor issues like this which would eventually been looted in the case of your PDP. I see that some of you who lost their looting job since 2015 has found it difficult to get a genuine and decent job that can put food on your tables. Of course you cannot give what you don't have.
