Anyone knows any effective exercises for lower abs?

Do regular press up and sit up and mind what you eat.

Reserch has shown for women, sit ups sre not as effective as we think. You need to burn the fat all over the body and the body result to breaking down the fat in your tummy.Then you get a less fatty tummy but a flab. Depending on how elastic your skin is around that area. The next options are suctions or whatever surgical beauty work you can afford .
Cycling, swimming and long walk are effective way to burn ´em fatty. Good luck.

Rubbish! What "research" has shown this? Are women's abdominal muscles made up of different stuff than men's? The OP asked for "Exercises for lower abs". She did not say she wanted to burn fat (the 2 are very different)

Sit-ups, Crunches, Leg raises, Plank exercises, Oblique muscle exercises, and ANY exercises that strengthens your core muscles will build your abs - irrespective of whether you are a man or woman.
