Well Tompolo is under house arrest in a Nigeria Naval ship in the ocean.

Take note that Bayelsa election came to soon for the APC government then and they hadn't dismantle PDP rigging system then before Bayelsa election and that was why Sylva lost.

But it will be a different ball game now if APC really need Delta,Ibori and Tompolo or anybody can not hold ground with FG,ask Fayose.
