I believe this can be taken care of by going to: Options - Security Options - Security Wipe. Check all the items, scroll to the bottom, enter "blackberry" in the box and proceed!

Well it is possible after all, I have been in Washington DC, NE for 26 years and yes I graduated from Univeristy of Maryland, John Hopkins department of engineering, and with all my certificates to back me up so, nothing special in all that,, atleast we do charge $80 just to reformat a system and to wipe a virus of a system we do charge attimes up to 60-100$ so there is nothing wrong in assisting, but the worst part of assisting is when you a staring at student financial loans of $24k to pay for then assisting just does not always pay the bills,this is a free world my brother, when was the last time you paid to have a hair cut and shave,, I cant remember the last time I did because I cut my own hair and do it for others free like friends and so on,, so no need to slam the man who got paid for inventing the clipper? anyways best of luck in where ever you find yourself,, Kennect Solutions
