Nigeria received the sum of $322 million from Abacha loot. Buhari decided to share that huge sum to "poor people", then took a delegation to China to borrow $328 million to boost telecoms.

On a scale of 1-10, rate the lifeless state of this idea?

smiley When people take their time to google the amount of debt owed by the Buhari and Babangida regime, and the huge currency devaluation, the impact, and how hard it was for obasanjo government to clear it and seek debt relief. then we can understand what we are getting ourselves into as a country with over N22trillion already and over $300m added to it now from china

What you have up there is Buhari's best way to run the country. Share money to his kinsmen in the name of poor people and then borrow to do what he would have used the shared money for without borrowing.
Why won't the economy collapse into recession?

Seriously what kind of foolishness is that?

The truth is they stole the 322 million, they just needed a way to explain the disappearance of the funds. What better way then to blame the people and say they gave it to them? That is the level of propaganda and lies APC operates in.

Half they will use for campaign and bribe for 2019, the other half they will pocket.

Then they will be saying they are fighting corruption.

Then zombies wonder why Theresa May refuses to release the other stolen money.

It would be irresponsible to just give these thieves the money so they can "disappear it" then say they gave it to the poor.

It's pathetic.

A serious government would have taken that money and found a smart way to reinvest it to drive job creation.

You give a man a fish, he will eat for a day. You teach a man to fish and he will eat for his life. APC doesn't want to teach or help the man, only to impoverish and destory him.

Why aren't you intelligent enough to see it is better to teach a man to feed himself then to feed him for one day?

When you get this money you should invest it into a program which can help them feed themselves or help the country grow.

Besides we all know that money didn't go to the poor. They embezzled and stole most of it. Don't worry, they will use some of it to pay bribe for 2019 election so you will get your own N1000-5000

The children of hate will never respond to this one. They prefer nonsense, innuendos, false narrative and grandstanding.
Because they have a smart phone and can afford to shell out few hundreds they easily forget the existence of the other half of Nigerians who consider owning 5,000 the stuff of legends.

Just the way their hero signed away $300 million from Swiss loot return to Dasuki shared to the likes of Dokpesi and Olisa Metuh, they also want the 300,000 families that will benefit to be ignored.

They want the money used to make their phone browse faster while the 300,000 desperate poor can go to blazes and die while waiting to be taught how to catch fish.

They want the money used to award contracts so that one lucky big man will make profits so he can take the money back to Switzerland to buy another country home, pay for vacation and other luxurious items.

Thankfully, the poor will buy basic things mostly produced here to ensure the money circulates within our economy to the benefits of our farmers and manufacturers
