A friend of mine a non-African is interested in importing Rice, Tuna and Tin Tomatoes into the country. He asked me to tell him how he can go about this business, the Government regulations, the processes involved and all that but unfortunately I don't really have an idea about it. My advice will determine his next line of action.

He also said he would like to partner with someone to run a Bowling Center in Lagos. I'm aware that bowling in not a popular or a very common game among Nigerians.

I know there are Nigerians here who may have an idea about all these. Please, your opinions are highly needed
