while you are reading note down the authors styles and pay attention to how idea and emotions are express it a good way to become better writer.



2. listen: if you are writing fiction stories, listen to what people say, because writting and speaking english is not the same.

dialog and authentic written is different.

dialog writting is a special skill, authentic analog make the character real. when the dialog is written well the story is good to go. when done badly it derail the story.
listen for idioms,accent and expression.



3. THINK: because you start written/typing always think. thinking is neccesary preparation for writting. RESEARCH,ORGANISE YOUR INFORMATON,CHOOSE YOUR STYLE.

if you take your time to do all this, it will be easier for you when writting/typing your story or article.

USE YOUR DICTIONARY: one of the advantages of english language is that we have so many words to choose from. when you are writting/typing and you found out that youve use a word many time, use your dictionary to research for the word with the same meaning. you can also use it to check definition and spelling.

5. KEEP IT SIMPLE: Simple writing is clean,clear and make your work look cool. simply writting minimize ambiguity always put this there things in mind when writing.

b. Needless choice
c. active voice vs passive voice

6. KEEP IT HONEST: your writing tell your readers many things about you. whether it is personal pieces or not. your writing tell your reader, what yoi think, how you think and what you found important. you have to be yourself. fiction writer need to do it because they have to create a charactee to is unlike themselves. if you are speaking about yourself let it be authentic.

7. PROOFREAD YOUR WORK: this is very important to all writer. a little mistake or gramatical error in your work can cost you opportunity with your employer or customer. ask some one that you trust to help you or Check Gramarly or spell checker.
