Everytime i recharge, i never come to meet my airtime how i left it... I unsubscribed from all their weekly and daily plan but my airtime is still getting deducted everyday. Any other person experiencing the same thing?

same here.
unfortunately for airtel, i only use their network for data because of their 4G. i have stopped leaving credit in my airtel account, i dont use the line for voice calls.

Unfortunately that is the way airtel behaves.Nowadays I recharge airtel lines with minimal amount and use the credit ASAP

They Are Thieves Please How Can They Be Reported To NCC

[b]Airtel wey i buy for the first tym last month for night plan purpose. I recharge 200 naira. Before i know wetin dey sup 200naira pick race . I find the money tire. I begin dey get sms say i don subscribe for this and that. No wahala sha. Night come i buy 100naira own. Do night plan. The follow day dem don cmot 50naira again. I call customer care swear for the lady wey pick am. Cmot the sim and break am /b]

those people are corporate criminals!... they've illegally deducted my balance severally.

Airtel is an expert at stealing peoples money. In my own case, I got a text message from them saying that my account has been debited for N50 for a renewal to some stupid thing, I never subscribed to anything prior to this time, but my money was deducted for renewal, how can they renew wat was not originally there. The are stealing people's money by trick, that was the second line of mine they will treat like that, in short AIRTEL is a BIG Stealing OUTFIT. People shud start running away from them. Check my twitter handle as see my discussion with an agent of the big thieving outfit. @onenessone. I am still waiting for the right contact at NCC to report them. Anybody know about NCC contact number, Pls?

They continue to steal airtime credit because even if you report them, NCC will do nothing about it

Almost all there customers are experiencing this including me, Just imagine how much they steal from people.
This people are very wicked and greedy. I think that the people behind this are those there customer care staff.

Na so I receive one message saying I subscribed for one stupid kiddies stuff, I called their customer care asap, the customer care lady just set insist say na me sub am, I just swear for that one mama I hang up instead of wasting my time.
