Hello Guys and good evening

So i started a new buisness page on Instagram to sell some select items(shoes n bags) from uk stores. These items would be based on preorder, so if someone sees an item they liked, they would indicate and i would purchase.

I have gotten a shipping company for this and ready to go.

Now my issue is because i have only just started, i only get one or two orders but the problem is the shipping company has said it is £3.20 per kg and minimum of 10kg with handling fee of 20£ regardless.

This i believe would not work because i would end up bringing in one item and still paying 20pounds handling fee plus the shipping cost of the item since low orders.

Is there anyway else i can deal with this for this period when I'm still new to the buisness and with a low customer base. Like Is there a way to go around bringing in individual items based on customers order at least until i am able to get a larger base and then proceed with the shipping company.
