really sorry for what u are encountering. its obvious ur device can't work wit a 32gb. read d firstpage under technical reports. told u earlier to try in another device and to call me for direction. that u didn't do. if it asks u to format, format and use.if ur device has a peculiar writing issue, then itsdevice dependent.

have sold over 6000 units of this same memory cards. the positive feedbacks have been enormous. these items re electronics and can still have few malfunction .

am not making excuses. there are many people(thousands of them)who use this memory card and its working for them. is it not d same products or re they different. have had cases where someone complained if it not working on a device and tried it in another and it works fine. even phones of the same models

my colleagues and i bought 10 pieces, and we have all experienced memory card corrupt.
so we hardly put more than 5gb on it

if u read my first page u will understand that am not denying if someone can have such issue of corrupt files. I wrote it there. that u have it does not mean all have it. these things re memory devices just like flash drives. it can ask u to format due to an issue or the other. that doesn't make d memory card bad . try this. copy 20gb plus files on it. then try to copy same from d memory card to other devices, u will see that it will copy those items perfectly. that means it doesn't have issue of full capacity and that d speed is same as described. I want us to argue empirically

am happy that these issues are been raised so that people who are experienced in this area can also put mouth in it.

if u complain that ur SD card is not full capacity or that the speed is not up to as described , then it becomes an issue of deception. but in this case d item meets d standard described. have people not seen cases where a particular card works on a device and doesn't work on another.

if u say the memory card is bad or has a factory fault I do change it immediately. but if its corrupting, it might be d way its running on ur device. u can use it as flash to copy files in between devices and see if it won't be working properly. there re many who have bought same product and it works fine for them. will it be logical to say that BC u had an issue then all d cards are not good.

if u go to Alaba or computer village to buy, they won't even allow u to test. me I allow every buyer to test before pay. so don't think its a weakness. people who are into this biz knows how things are done. u can go and ask them. personally I go extra miles to satisfy customers, don't see it as weakness or been stupid. I still challenge anyone to come and say d capacities or speed are not as described. personally I use this SD card and everyone around me does. I have never encountered issue of corrupt and I have files of about 21gb on them. and it works fine.

I wrote technical report on the first page for any interested buyer to read before buying. if after reading it and u still feign ignorance , pls u can try elsewhere and see which is better.

all my customers I hold u in high esteem . as they say a customer is always right. all ur complaints we will definitely relate them to our manufacturers. soon we will start to make available the normal sanDisk brands which people in this part of the globe re using. pls try and understand certain things

Lol, you and your colleagues can't put file of more than 5gb on it.. Check your phone capacity Na.. Why are you the only one complaining, others bought this same brand and type of card and are not experiencing any issues and if at all you are experiencing issues ..Dm the guy and trash out your issues not on nairaland

we are really sorry for d inconveniences encountered by those who the memory card seems not to work well on their phones. we suggest that u can still use it as flash drive to copy files in between other devices(computer , TV,etc) as this can work on other devices. so its not a waste. a thousand five hundred still can't get any 32gb flashdrive in Nigeria.still a win win. we are still looking at what might exactly be d cause as there are still very far many wit flawless feedback.
