This kind ground bad. Students of this place go clean and dust shoes tire plus washing clothes each minute. Worst of all they don't have easy water. I pity people from this kind of environment

A student of Institute of Management and Technology (IMT) in Enugu state, caused a scene after pulling up in an 'open-wheel vehicle' which he constructed with locally sourced materials. The young man who was said to be test-driving the "customised" automobile, drove it round the school to the admiration of other students.

I believe this is st the frame work, he would definitely need to add “flesh” to the frame to make it more safe and acceptable as a comnplete car. But this is a step in the right direction.

Those who asked about building cars from scratch, remember that there are car manufactuerers that outsource the development of their engines and other car parts to any engineering firms. What matter is getting your design right and knowing what exactly you want to achieve.

i can see some haters talking rubbish and some people asking useless question "did he build it from scratch" ?
Seriously this is the dumbest question I have ever seen.
And I ask them do u ever think?.. "build it from scratch" u said,
with which resources, finance and equipments. undecided
We all know Africa is still developing, and still a 3rd world continent, talking about technology we know nothing yet, we have not even started and are still not ready to start in the next 20yrs. Not a curse but reality.

And for this young man to be able to come up with this here in NIGERIA and as A STUDENT, with Limited equipment and idea.
I think he should be commended and not condemned.
Because To even make the steering be able to control the wheels is not and easy fix.

Those people mocking this Dude are just dimwitted foools
Thank you son.

Some mumus think building such a specimen comes cheap. In advance countries they have better funding, materials, labs and equipment and yet don't condemn such an output because it is the talent that matters and not what the prototype looks like.

They mean this guy should mould his own iron and steel for the skeleton of the car undecided
mold his own tire and engine block, mould his own rings and piston. undecided
From which factory and with which tool undecided
Does he have machines for moulding such things.?

This forum is filled with dumb kids who can't think, and are only insulting people and making stupid comments.
