Hello HR Professionals/Job Recruiters,

My name is Uche Ikechukwu, an HND graduate with well over 7years of administrative experience and I reside in Lagos State. I'd love the chance to meet with any HR Personnel or Recruiter to schedule or get a call up for a job interview invite as I am looking for a better challenging work/managerial job role especially in the administrative arm of any company or organisation.

Please find below some of the duties that I do perform as an administrative personnel (with over 7years of cognate experience)

1. Providing administrative support to the company's high-level executives, management and the entire department.

2. Providing administrative support which includes numerous duties like scheduling, writing correspondence, emailing, handling visitors, routing and relaying calls, and answering questions and requests,

3. Coordinating office management meetings, and travel arrangements for senior staffs

4. Maintaining an orderly and retrievable filing system,

5. Ensuring timely payment of all company's utility bills for telephone (CUGs) power, tax, Lawma, internet access, and processing other official documents

6. Overseeing the maintenance and repairs of company's premises, facilities, physical assets (machineries and vehicles), fittings, etc,

7. Scheduling weekly meetings and travel arrangements for senior staffs and top-level executives,

7. Tracking of all office supply inventories and replenishing same after they might be exhausted, etc.

My set skills includes:
Multi-tasking, good interpersonal relationship, ability to delegate and priotize and make decisions effectively, strong oral and written communication skills, negotiable skills, fast learner, self-motivated team player, ability to meet schedules and deadlines of the work area, ability to transcribe notes into readable memos and reports beside others.

I have also worked with an HR Executive which has prompted my desire to carve a niche in HR Administration and become an HR Specialist.
