that's why they are more develop and better than others like your tribe.... hating won't kill you say amen.... read it well again... those places was locked up because they don't remit tax... I work in a bank at ibadan, those people came to our office to check our remittance and they were so cool with us after seeing we are law abiding citizen... so tell me why they shouldn't close those people refuse to the normal?....
