The Chaplain of the Seat of Wisdom Catholic Chaplaincy of the Petroleum Training Institute, Effurun, Delta State, Very Rev. Fr. Dr Louis Odudu, who recently escaped from a kidnappers’ den, is dead.

The deceased priest who was kidnapped on Friday, September 14 and released on Saturday, September 15, 2018, died just four days after his freedom from his abductors.

Odudu, who only returned to Nigeria from the UK, five months ago, was said to died from complications related to the kidnap incident.

A few years ago my dad also fell into the hands of kidnappers and was in their den for about a week. Thankfully he's alive today.

The priest could not stand the trauma he went through in the hands of kidnappers leading to his death.

God called him to heaven.

He serves a living God

And God failed again.
