There is a saying. He who controls your food and weapons controls your destiny. Many Africans are going to die in the coming years because they are eating Milk substitute thinking it is milk. This is how it works.

Step 1:
Milk that is produced in Europe have the milk fat striped out from it. The milk fat is the milky nutritional part of milk. This part of milk is used to make cheese and butter in Europe for the people there to enjoy.

Step 2:
The next step is to take palm oil that is imported from Africa strip it apart and take the good part out of it. The other part is added to the Milk waste from step 1 and dried to create cheap milk powder.

Oops, food for Africa. It is white, It is powder and it looks like milk so the Africans think it is milk. The only problem is. It is shitty milk with no nutrition. You can drink a gallon of it and you will never get any nutrition.

The man don start again o. They will shout.

You see, we must start to grow and process our own food or we will be extinct. It is only a matter of time.

I bought a tin of milk recently and looked at the ingredients and I saw palm oil as one of the contents, thats why I only buy FULL CREAM milk because most of the FILLED milk like Cowbell and Three Crowns is made up of soyamilk and palmoil.

For those who dont know the difference, whenever you want to buy any brand of milk look at the pack to see if its written 'Full Cream or Filled' there is a big difference between the 2

There are different types of milk - full cream milk, condensed milk, evaporated milk and skimmed milk, etc. Even Peak Milk been produced here in Nigeria have these varieties - it's up to you to choose the one you want. This is an unnecessary anti-West vibes coming from this man.

Your choice will largely depend on your nutritional needs. Full cream milk still has the whole of its natural fats (and it's a general knowledge that fat is not good for the human body). However, this type of milk has also been found to have alot of benefits such as lower risk of diabetes and easier weight loss, etc.
And it's the closest to the milk gotten from cow before been processed.

NB: I'm not in the Medical field, so this is just a product of personal research.

Very correct information. I believe this Europeans are part of the problems we have in Africa after our leaders. They make substandard food products and ship down to us whole they take our real and raw ones to themselves.

Most milk brands in the market now spend so much money advertising "Filled Milk".

There is no mention on the packaging that it contains ONLY vegetable fat; and NO DAIRY FAT.
