Plz i googled and found p0420 was referring me to 02 sensor dat stays close to d manifold. I rlly dnt knw.

You still need to replace the one up just at the rear of the engine. You should have one there.but before then let them bring it out and have it checked. Might have detoirated. Your engine should be 1MZ-FE

That's an o2 sensor. Your scan result states catalytic converter efficiency below thresold. So have the cat checked first

i see you are in umuahia,,am in umuahia too.. i can direct you to good mechanic that will scan and tell you the actual issue with your vehicle and can also assist you in getting a good part replacement of the underlying fault.

All the ones I know are. No one just takes the time with them. The two I have at the shop knew nothing about cars when I hired them but are so excited now. Eager to learn. One goes home and starts schooling get husband about their car!

well, I had kinda like a store where I stash them just in case but that was in owerri....
here in Lagos, I don't have space and I really thank God I've not had any reason to embark on a part changing spree

if u have space to spare, I'd say keep it till it becomes irritating to u then u can decide to dispose them....

dispose! cos dey will end up as trash... most ppl ask for it from mechanics jst 2 mk sure dey dnt reinstall for oda ppl dt com to thr shops for repairs.. or to be sure dey actually changed d parts.

Yes u r right. I actually paid for new ones for front and rear but my mech advised against installing new ones in front, dat belgium is best. I had to heed to his counsel.

That's what our Kazeems will always say. From Belgium shocks to plugs and everything. I replaced my front shocks with brand new ones, 20k for both, it is more than one year and counting and the balance I get from my car is topnotch.

There are some parts which buying the brand new ones is the best way to go.
