Nigerian comdeian, Francis Agoda, AKA I Go Dye, has reacted to the declaration of the Saturday’s governorship election in Osun State as ‘inconclusive’ by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.

The comedian described the inconclusiveness of the poll as “nothing but a rape on our democracy”
Speaking with Vanguard, I Go Dye said; “Going by global democratic trend, the will of the people cannot be subverted. Let no one assume the knowledge of superiority against the truth. It shall backfire. “The present election is a testimony or test of what may likely happen in 2019.We don’t need to win at all times. There should be a time to learn how to do things right. “However, I call on Osun people to be law abiding and allow justice to take its course. How will INEC justify the fact that with the high number of security operatives present, there were still cases of irregularities? “This is a slap on our democracy and should not be encouraged at all. “What is inconclusive? Is nothing but a rape on democracy and our sensitivity as a people.”

This is a dress rehearsal for 2019. If APC had sense they would shine with this election by allowing the people's mandate take effect without looking for technical options to sway victory. They would have made some people believe in the electoral process once more.

If at this stage you still believe Buhari will freely relinquish power if he is defeated in 2019 then you should have a rethink.

I hope the election will be conclusive by Thursday considering the huge drain on scare resources. Adhoc staffs will have to be paid again, security personels deployed and redeployed, shops and offices closed (lost revenue), money stolen from the coffers of government to buy votes and bribe INEC officials again, and a host lot of others. Not to talk about the shame and ridicule they bring upon the battered image of Nigeria.

APC government fail to understand that we don't need to win all the times..... shame to our people but i will like to encourage the good people of Osun to come out in mass and support the candidate of their choice. I give kudos to PDP supporters for their good work.
