Very tricky stuffs. Itel are the king of sub 30k phone. Though most of those phones will only frustrate your life.

But you can check http://7rl.in/jAnd for anything with lets say 1GB RAM and 16GB ROM (it might be very hard to find). You might have to be open to unpopular brands.

@ OP save ur money till u have up to 25k, find ur way to slot/Chimes you will see good phone at that rate. Don't buy Fero, Itel cos most of their phones do have software prob and displaying name of contact.

Also don't buy used phone, cos most are stolen phone that may land you in trouble.
