Told my cousin to go for Zenith cos I learnt its better than unity bank based on hearsay and that unity is old ,plus poor pay in unity(all hearsay).....

How much is the pay at Unity so i advice appropriately. When did he secure the Zenith bank.

Learnt unity is 64k for outsourced staff sir.....

which outsourcing firm recruited him in zenith, if it's peopleplus, there's a chance of conversation. Zenith is doing well.
Unity bank? I heard they've not released their 2017 FY and so, I don't know them.
salary is not the ultimate, continuity is the key!!!

I heard unity also converts after a year or so....

But surviving on #64,000 salary in Lagos ,looks somehow to me

He should take the Zenith job. its 101k, plus other little benefits. if he is smart, he will immediately start ICAN, ACCA or CFA, once certified, its automatic conversion from Graduate assistant to executive trainee and from there he is made for life. If the Unity job was a full staff role, id have adviced that he should take the Unity, but sadly its contract so its not worth it.

No outsourcing firm recruits for Zenith aside Peopleplus, moreso, Peopleplus is like a virtual organisation in Zenith and not entirely an outsourcing firm

not in terms of pay. But good exposure and career path in a core function of the bank like internal control. You can easily switch to other industries in the future if and when you get tired of financial services. Unlike your non chattered/certified friends in the banking industry, after a few years, it becomes very difficult to switch from banking to other industries.
