If Ambode cancelled PSP contract which party leaders who brought him on board were in charge of, and replaced it with a contractor from UAE thereby causing loss of jobs to those party members who worked for his election, it's a fair game to withdraw their support from him.

Bro, it was handi work of oba akiolu that brought ambode to power and it has to do with generation of money. Tinubu backed down when pressure was much then, to support him. Remember that tinubu had his candidate then. I have known that ambode would be Lagos governor since 2013, and it was one program like that and oba akiolu vowed that he would be the next governor and nothing would happen.
