I said it from Day One that Sen. Godswill Akpabio should have not be allowed into the APC family. He is known for violence. President Goodluck Johnathan tolerated this man and looked the other way while he unleashed mayhem in Akwa Ibom for 8 solid years. Armed robbery and kidnapping were at their peak. Gov. Akpabio killed and maimed whosoever came out to contest elections against him. He has never won a free and fair election before. On seeing that he cannot win any election as President Buhari has always insisted on free and fair elections, he smartly crossed over to APC with the soul aim of causing confusion and snatching election materials in his usual way. He should be stopped immediately. Never again. this is not a PDP thing. He is embarrassing Mr. President and must be stopped immediately.
Were the APC not jubilating that they have gotten an asset from PDP?

Just shut up with that President Buhari loves free and fair election thing. A president who loves free and fair election won't send the police and army to kill and maim the people of Osun State for his party candidate to win election.

BLOOD BATH, AS AKWA IBOM APC GUBERNATORIAL PRIMARIES END IN VIOLENCE;

-AKPABIO, NSIMA EKERE WARSAW HAS STARTED.

- UDOEDEGHE ASSAULTS ITA ENANG AS APC GUBER PRIMARIES END IN STALEMATE

- APC GUBER PRIMARY: NSIMA EKERE'S THUGS DESTROY POLICE VAN AT AFAHA OFFOT PRIMARY SCHOOL, CART AWAY ELECTION MATERIALS.

The Governorship primaries of the All Progressive Congress (APC) in Akwa Ibom State has ended in a stalemate.

The party had agreed on direct primary format to chose its flagbearer to represent the party in next year's governorship elections.

According to reports, party chieftains had gathered at the state party secretariat along Ikot Ekpene road to fine tune last minute preparations and collection of materials.

An argument ensued between the Senior Special Assistant to President Mohammadu Buhari on National Assembly Matters, Senator Ita Enang and former Minister of State, FCT, Senator John Akpan Udoedeghe which led to exchange of blows.

Eyewitnesses said Udoedeghe held senator Ita Enang by the shirt and unleashed a slap on his right cheek before attempting to kick him on the thigh. Enang however remained calm as party chieftains intervened in the exchange.

Udoedehe, an aspirant accused Enang of conniving with Senator Akpabio and NDDC MD, Nsima Ekere to hijack materials meant for distribution to ward centres and instead presenting fake materials.

Meanwhile, reports say that at about 3pm, gunshots were heard at Primary school, Afaha Offot, Uyo and materials taken away by gunmen.

Atleast 2 people were feared dead after gunshots were also heard near the APC state secretariat along Ikot Ekpene road, Uyo.

The party is yet to make the formal announcements on the stalemate.

Only fools will believe these guys fighting and attacking themselves really want to serve.
How will somebody who wants to truly serve the people be this violent if not for an ulterior motive.

These politicians can only fool who they want to fool.
It is for the money, it is for the fame,it for the privileges nothing else.
The masses are just a small microcosm of what really matters to them.

And in the end these people holding this positions today think the largesse and the fame and all that jazz that comes with it will have it easy on the Day when they stand in front of the Creator .

So far, two persons have been confirmed dead in Akwa Ibom APC primaries.

Dead for a party that's weak in that state.
