Job Description:

A retailer seeks a loyal, honest and committed sales assistant for its business. Successful candidate must be dependable and flexible, must be a self-starter and must be able to sell!!!!

RESPONSIBILITIES

*Sales/Revenue generation
*Follow-Up on Sales leads
*Client Sales, Deposits and Receivables
*Client interactions: Phone Calls, Emails, SMS, and Home Visits
* Customer database management: collect and maintain all customer data for database
* Keep shop and shop products clean neat and organized
* Operations/Administration: Petty Cash, Sales and Expense Logs
* Inventory Management: Purchase, Sales, Reconciliation and Physical Count
* Inventory, expense and sales reports.
* Catalogue all products - Picture taking and inventorying all items
* Inventory record keeping and counting
* Online Marketing – Email Newsletter
* Direct Target Marketing – Customers, B2B
* Exhibition Coordination and attendance- Weekdays or Weekends
* Social Media – Instagram, FaceBook, Twitter. BBM Marketing, Whats App
*Motivated, Well-Mannered
*Must be able to use Excel, Word, and Outlook
*Projects as assigned
*Shop Overheads – NEPA, Internet, Phones, GOTV

Qualifications:

OND, HND, BSc or BA Holder
Computer knowledge required
Salary: Base+ Commission. Opportunity for Growth
