ceedorf 450k is the rent for it. However, I have another 2 bedroom in sangotedo for 350k. 1 yr option also.

how far is Thomas Estate from lekki phase 1. like how much bike/bus would 1 take to phase 1?

Bus from thomas estate to Lekki 1 costs about 60 to 70 naira while Bike is about 200 naira.

The 2 bedroom flat is 450k. Legal is 90k and agency is 90k. Total package is 630k.

i would have tot that agency and legal is 10 %...and dats despite that agency has been abolished in the new tenancy law...90k is exhorbitant!
