Our company urgently needs an experienced professional engineer who would start as an OPERATIONS MANAGER.

We provide services to various sectors of the economy both private (corporate) and government establishments in the areas of:
— Property Management
— Hi-Tech security
— IT Infrastructure provision (CCTV,Fire Alarm Systems, Bollard installation, Anti-burglary, e.t.c)
— Vehicle tracking and monitoring.
-- Sales and supplies of IT and Security equipment/materials/items.

The successful candidate would be saddled with managing the entire department on the long run, hence he should
1. have vast experience in Management
2. Ability to prepare Tender
3. Project management
4. Strong Negotiation skills
5. Nudge the sales team to provide results
6. Vast knowledge of Lagos State
7. Capable of handling site survey for prospective projects and producing professional reports.
8. Must have technical knowledge of IT,Electrical and building construction related projects.
9. Knowledgeable about government regulations in any related project the company is executing.
10. Fast learner.

Gender: Male
Age: Between 35-50
Experience: From 5years
Location: Fully based in Lagos and ready to travel to any location for project execution.
Marital Status: Married with kids.
Salary: NEGOTIABLE
