IPOB Insits On Referendum, Blasts S’east Politicians Over VP Slot by Gistman39: 7:56pm On Oct 09, 2018

The Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB) has lambasted South East leaders and politician for demanding Vice Presidential slot from the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar.

In a statement signed by IPOB’s Media and Publicity Secretary, Emma Powerful, the group maintained its stand for Biafra exit.

IPOB wondered why the leaders of the zone are rejoicing at the emergence of Atiku, who they described as another Fulani Muslim that could posses the murderous tendencies of Fulani herdsmen.

The group pointed out that the same Atiku in collaboration with Obasanjo, Saraki, Kwakwanso and Tambuwal among others, conspired against Jonathan and installed Buhari in 2015.

IPOB will be very stupid not to declare a sit-at-home during next year's general elections.

BTW, Igbos will be hypocritical and unserious not to obey IPOB's sit-at-home declaration (if ordered) during next year's general elections

with that the people he killed like shia and ipob will be able to sue him as an individual and not as government and he'll be tried as an individual
but as a president it's impossible because he'll be answering the charges as a government

IPOB shouldn't be dragged into politics. they should better remain in their stand of Biafra exit. and I think I would commend them for that.

but one thing I want to urge them is to remain neutral and never interfere with 2019 election. they should allowed the IBO votes for their choice this presidential election.

they shouldn't join any candidate or instigate against voting.

I don't think IPOB will declare a sit at home during the 2019 elections, it is not necessary. What IPOB needs to do is campaign vigorously for the people to boycott elections. Elections can be boycSome mischievous people want IPOB to boycott the elections because they think it will help Buhari and APC win in the SE/SS area. I don't these people realise this helps IPOB. Anti-APC sentiments is one of the things that helps IPOB grow and Nigeria won't survive another 4 years of clueless Buhari which is exactly what IPOB wants
