Ileke-IdI:

Huh?

What is this? IS the man marrying 3 wives @same time?

wink
Aaaaah, idi_ileke, how can you ask that. This is the normal yoruba style of bringing some covered women, most times sisters of the bride and one at a time and the groom is asked if this is the person he came to marry. It could be difficult for some guys to identify their wives when they are completely covered. Me i knew her with her legs, and of course she was more gorgeously dressed than the other impostors.

ezeagu:

This is an older already married lady, but as you can see her hair is long, and it seems like she's halved her hair and then plaited the two sections together to make it stand. That's long. These are the only pictures of women I have found from Old Calabar.

this lady looks somewhat mixed, even though she's not light.

her face dey fear me small sha.
