I am in need of an ArcGIS software. It must comprise both desktop version and Web GIS. Though, it will be installed on a LAN for now. It must contain National Transportation GIS Geodatabase that conforms with the UNETRANS transportation data model or equivalent for all modes of Transport in Nigeria. Of course, it will be database dependent, i.e. there will be a back-end database. There must also be digital maps available.

It is important that there must be a ready made app on ground, and you must be ready to offer a demo asap.
