if buhari lost the 2019 Presidential election, all the security chiefs can do nothing about it,this is no more Nigeria of the 60's,70's,80's and 90's.

I was in a news paper stand in abuja when some guys were debating on buhari and atiku until one man came there to tell them you guys can stand here all day and not worry about bomb blast again but date yourself back to 2015 and tell me if this were possible..
