Africa Mercy with her Mercyships floating on the waters of Africa provides free lifesaving surgeries for people where medical care is nearly non-existent. It is a humanitarian NGO founded in Switzerland in 1978. Hope ships as funnily called has the world biggest floating hospital with average of 400 medical experts on board from over 40 countries that offer their voluntary medical services on docking ships free of charge.
