What makes oshun low is that their citizens leave and work in other parts of the country. Like Ekiti state there are no known industries in oshun except sachet water companies.

Typical of online miscreants.

Everyone should click on that link to read the article.

The article continues " On a zone by zone basis, poverty intensity is more prevalent in Northwest 45 per cent closely followed by Northeast with 44 per cent while Southwest and South East has the lowest, tying at 38 per cent."

Always read from the source so that you don't fall victim to propagandaist.

Here is a 2018 report from UNICEF which stated that the South West has the second highest number of stunted children after the North www.saharareporters.com/2018/02/27/south-west-has-second-highest-number-stunted-children-nigeria-unicef

According to the National Bureau of Statistics, poverty rose under his watch in Anambra from 20% in 2004 (lowest in Nigeria then) to 68% in 2010 (a 238% deterioration!).

Our friend likened it to a father who had no idea of what to do with his resources and was celebrating his fat bank account while his children were dying of kwashiorkor.

This is what your uncle Soludo said about your poverty anambra village and debt.

Igbos are so ignorant and unintelligent, they don't know and can't differentiate between debt and poverty.

Osun spent money on Osun people to eradicate poverty and they are reaping the benefits regardless of their debt.

Osun ranks second in human capital on Nigeria’s first sub-national competitiveness index

Osun ranking in human capital The report which was release early November by the council took two years of research into the factors that drive competitiveness in Nigeria’s 36 states and the FCT. The research was funded by Ford Foundation and The Tony Elumelu Foundation. The research covered more than 2,000 businesses, 8,000 households, 400 indicators and 4 pillars.

Listen to your uncle Soludo, spending money and investing in your people eradicates poverty, not doing so just to brag that you are not in debt is stupidity, ignorance, incompetence, and abdication of duty.

They call such idiocy Peny wise, pound foolish.
